MST creates their design within a 3d real world coordinated system and can export bill of materials or quantity take-offs based on the developed model. This ensures client expectations are met from the model presented, which will simplify management and building process for the business owner. This will eliminate a third party involved to try and quantify the expected quantities which will reduce the risk of human error. We can also develop quantity take-offs based on pdf drawings, this will require some background work to capture all aspects of the design ensuring a high level result. Results are generally presented in excel format which will allow the Project manager to manipulate the information which best suits their needs.
